Having never heard of Smooch until attending a wedding fair we were a little dubious about going down this route. Even during the pandemic the service and care was amazing. Yes things took a little longer because of covid and the lockdown but any questions were quickly answered and it was a nervous wait but we couldn't be happier with our rings. Mine was specially designed around my engagement ring so that meant sending it away - even more nerve-wracking! But it came back quickly especially considering everything going on at the time. I kept making slight alterations until I was absolutely happy with it and it turned out beautifully. I'd definitely use again if I wanted a custom piece. My husband's gold band was excellent value against shop prices and we could have had it engraved but opted not too. We got gifts thrown in for our bridesmaids and best man too which was a lovely touch. Thank you to all at Smooch.

We met Pauline at a wedding fayre, she was so friendly and her knowledge was second to none. When the time came for us to buy our rings we knew we would be asking Pauline! She came to our home with so much choice for us to sample, and it was like we had been friends for years! Our cat even didn't want her to leave! Pauline is an amazing person, fantastic at her job and a credit to Smooch, nothing is too much trouble! Honestly, we cannot thank Pauline and Smooch enough! We recommend their service wherever we can!

Smooch provided us with rings exactly how we wanted them at a fraction of the cost of what was on the high street. Communicating with them was very simple and straight forward. Bridesmaids and groomsman gifts were an added bonus.

I absolutely loved the service from Smooch! They came to my house and worked around me. Smooch will find you the perfect ring to suit a budget of any size! We bought our wedding rings at the start of the Covid pandemic (March 2020) I’d sent my engagement ring to them to allow a mould to be created so my wedding ring fitted perfectly around it. Honestly, this company couldn’t do enough, they kept in regular contact and the service was exceptional even during a pandemic! I can not recommend them enough! Our friends are getting married in 2022 and we recommend smooch, our friends booked an appointment and bought there rings the same day, like I say brilliant company!

We loved the process of picking our wedding rings from smooch for our wedding back in September 2020, we had a consultation at the house in December 2019 and felt very relaxed and comfortable with Paula. She helped us pick out our perfect rings for our wedding. Would recommend smooch to anyone.

We ordered our rings from smooch for our wedding in 2020, however, we had to postpone it due to covid we then managed to get married on 25/7/2021 the team at smooch was amazing as we was having our date engraved on it, we contacted them and they got this changed no problem, our rings are beautiful and are definitely worth the price so personal to you. We would highly recommend them to others.

We chose Smooch to do our wedding rings and boy they didn't disappoint. They were even able to adjust the ring I had chosen so that it fits nicely around my engagement ring. the presentation box that they came in was a nice touch to :) A* service from start to finish we would definitely use them again.

We got our wedding rings from Smooch in 2007 and have recommended them to lots of people since then. Their service is so personal & we both needed up with rings we love. In 2019 I got in touch with Smooch again to re-model my engagement ring. Pauline came out to see us and was so lovely and very knowledgeable and I love my updated engagement ring. Pauline visited us this week to look at wedding bands and I must say this has been the most enjoyable part of our wedding planning experience so far. The most personable experience we've received. The choice was outstanding and I actually liked more rings from smooch than I did from all of the jewellers I had been to put together. Pauline made my partner feel so relaxed and fully explained everything he needed to know as non jewellery wearer. I purchased my ring there and then and I can't believe you get free gifts! Couldn't recommend a visit from Pauline anymore personal, relaxed and no pressure. Hopefully when my partner wants to get me and eternity band (hint) we can give Pauline a ring and have this whole experience again.

Smooch were fantastic from the booking to thee actual delivery etc of the rings. I can’t remember the lady we had as a rep but she was incredible and Stephen was great at working with us on deferring payment due to covid. We now have our rings and both are incredible finishes and beautiful as the day we picked them out!

We met Pauline at a wedding show in early 2019 and she has been absolutely incredible. From the first meeting to the appointment in out home and since then the experience has been so hassle-free. The options we were given were brilliant and exactly what we were looking for and the payments were so easy to make.
