After discovering Smooch on Instagram we got in touch with Pauline who was really responsive. She came to our home and was really helpful in choosing our perfect wedding rings. There was never any pressure, just lots of knowledge and advice from her. We decided there and then what rings we wanted and communication was great throughout the process. We received our rings promptly after payment and are super happy with them. Following our wedding Pauline posted a card through our door to congratulate us. Couldn’t get more personal, warm and friendly a service. We are delighted we chose Smooch and will recommend them to anyone we know who is getting married. Thanks again Pauline!

wedding ring Recently got my wedding rings from smooch and could not have used a better company. From start to finish the process was easy and flawless. They have a great selection of rings. The advisor comes to you and payment over the phone was easy. Even during COVID they kept upto date with clear instruction on how to proceed. I also had to get my ring resized in arrival which was sent back and sorted and then returned to me within 2 weeks. Great company perfect service would recommend to all

Paulas visit Paula came to visit yesterday Aug 1st her first appointment since lockdown. She was understandably nervous as so many new rules had been applied. She need not have worried, she was so professional and friendly. We're already married but both needed new rings. WOW the choice and quality is fantastic, you can add engraving or stones to any ring. Luckily we knew what we wanted otherwise it would have been a day job!! Great to be able to choose in your own home with a lovely lady. Shame we were unable to give her tea or coffee due to the rules. Highly recommended

Simply amazing! Smooch have been incredible! They were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad that they were! Having a very ornately shaped engagement ring, we’d previously had extortionate quotes from high street jewellers for a shaped band. Not at Smooch! The whole process from booking an appointment, to choosing and ordering the rings was so simple and easy. We felt no pressure to buy but with their clear, honest pricing it would have been madness not to. They were amazing at keeping me updated with the CAD designs of my ring. I’m in love with my wedding ring and cannot wait to wear it! My fiancé’s wedding band was slightly too big when it first arrived and even sending it back to make it a size smaller was hassle free and easy! All in all, I would 100% recommend Smooch to anyone in need of wedding rings!

Perfection What a wonderful experience choosing our wedding rings has been with Smooch. Paula from Smooch came to our house at a time that worked for us. The selection of rings was unbelievable. There was no pressure sell just an enjoyable relaxed browse through beautiful rings. The professionalism and knowledge from Paula really helped our decision on what style would suit us both. From ordering to delivery everything was seamless. We cannot wait to get married and show off our beautiful rings. Hubby to be keeps trying his on more than me, so that says something!! From the moment we had our first… From the moment we had our first appointment with a smooches rep (shelley Newbold) I knew we had picked the right company to make our wedding rings. She has been an absolute star coming to our home, going through all the details showing us some of the beautiful rings they have. I was in my element. She never once rushed or pushed us and let us take aslong as we needed. She has kept in touch from 2018 making sure everything went smoothly when some changes had to be made. She was only a phone call away. She made sure it was dealt with and was always very professional in doing so! I honestly can't thank her enough. And I've also made a friend. Exemplary Service and Exemplary Rings We were recommended Smooch by a friend who were having their wedding bands designed and made. At first I was skeptical to trust a brand I hadn't heard of before, and wondered if we should use a high street jeweller for our wedding bands. But, putting our faith in Smooch, we contacted Bob, our local Smooch Advisor, for an at home appointment. Bob was very accommodating to our work commitments. After a wonderful (and stress-free consultation with Bob (a truly kind and bubbly man), we had no doubt in our mind to use Smooch for our bands. My wedding band was to be fitted exactly with my engagement ring, so I had to send my engagement ring off with Bob and Bob posted the ring via special delivery to Smooch's warehouse. My engagement ring arrived back in the post a couple of weeks later, and to my surprise in a better condition than when I sent it away! Our wedding bands arrived two days ago (roughly 2.5 months after our appointment with Bob) via special delivery in the post, and we could not be happier with the rings! They fit our ring fingers perfectly (so thank you Bob for measuring correctly), they arrived in perfect condition and my wedding band has been created to exactly fit with engagement ring! We could not recommend Smooch (and their n.o1 Advisor - Bob) enough. Thank you for taking the pain out of choosing wedding bands and for providing an exemplary service, and two perfect wedding bands.

Hello Stephen. Thank you so much for you positive replies, especially at this difficult and challenging time. I did receive and reply to your message, however I worry that somehow it has been jumbled up and lost it the thread. Can I take this opportunity to thank you and your representative 'Solomon' who came to visit us in Sussex. He bought with him such an extensive range of rings for us to choose from and helped us narrow our choice down from thousands of options to just the one. Your pricing structure is so useful and understandable you can make any ring fit any finger and budget. In my mind the ring option we have chosen is worth thousands of pounds but in reality is only costing me a few hundred. Complete with engraving, diamonds and sapphires it is both a unique ring and unique service. Communication with your company has been easy and fast and I would not hesitate to recommend you to my closest friends. Please thank you and Solomon for all your help. We had an amazing experience choosing our wedding rings. The rep who came to visit us at home was fantastic and we didn’t feel pressured to buy at any point.I love the fact that we were able to make the rings personal to us by choosing the style we wanted and having them engraved. The fact that they have been made specially for us makes them even more special. Communication from Smooch has been brilliant throughout the process. It was nice knowing the exact date the rings would arrive so we could ensure someone was a home. Would definitely recommend.
