We first met this company at a few wedding fairs at parkmore hotel and crathorne hall hotel. They were very friendly they had a huge selection of wedding rings on display. We never thought about any designs or styles. I just knew that i needed to have a shaped wedding ring because my engagement ring was big and shaped like a flower, so i needed a ring to sit into it. Also I wanted it to match too. Johnny never wear's rings so he really didn't know which ring to choose. Shortly after the wedding fair we contacted Rebecca who kindly came round to our house she brought a suitcase with her full of different wedding rings; it was a huge variety. She was very helpful and advised us which rings were popular at the time and we tried some on so we could decide she even measured Johnny's finger so he knew what his size was. In the end i chose a gold shaped ring to match my engagement ring, and Johnny chose a silver patterned swirl ring. The best part of this process was that we could pay by direct debit, and that was so much easier for us, bearing in mind that we already had alot to pay for. I just wish we could of done this to all the other companies we used along the way but i guess different companies have different policies. We received our rings in February this year (2016), we were very pleased and over the moon with them, the quality of the wedding rings were amazing. They were lovely, and we were so excited for our wedding day so we could finally wear them. Thank you so much for all your help, throughout this process. We will definitely recommend your service in the future to all our family and friends. Your wedding rings are absolutely fantastic value for money. Also we think its brilliant that you include the best men gifts and the bridesmaids gifts with our rings too. Also we were given a scratch card where we were able to upgrade from a standard ring box to a lovely wooden version. We will cherish and love our wedding rings forever. Thank you once again. I would like to thank you and Baz Smith and also provide a review for your website, should you want to use it: Having someone come to our home with such a wide variety of designs was extremely useful. We had some idea of what we wanted, but the breadth of styles and possibilities shown was far superior to anything we had seen in the shops. In the end, my husband went for the same design as he had originally wanted, but I chose something a little different: with my eye being drawn back to the same ring over and over, the decision was easily made! The advisor, Baz Smith, was relaxed and knowledgeable. He took all the time we needed and gave good advice, with no pressure to make an order. The service from Smooch was very good and the rings were delivered within 6 weeks. And most importantly, the quality of the rings themselves is excellent and we are very happy with them, thank you!

From the first meeting to the last meeting, Smooch has been a wonderful company to use, both courteous and kind.
