Had an appointment this evening with Solomon to pick my wedding ring and he was polite, friendly and professional the entire way through! Nothing was too much for him and he made us feel at ease and was very flexible and worked with us for our budget! Honestly one of the nicest guys ever. He was very knowledgeable about the company and the different variations of rings, he explained the different pricing we could have and was happy to work out a few different options for us. I have come away from our appointment feeling refreshed and supported, no stress or hassle and no obligation either! Just open, honest advice and a friendly face :-) Oh and 4 free gifts as well! Good service and advice when we were visited in our home. No pressure to buy and advice given actually changed my choice. Only down point was that the delivery didn’t arrive when stated and had to be chased. Rings arrived after phone call asking where the rings were.
