Came to my house, let us try rings on relaxed at home, rep was very friendly and lovely. The ring I ordered didn’t sit right with my engagement ring, so they asked for a photo. They restyled the wedding to fit my engagement ring from just the photo, I was skeptical, but it was perfect. All done in great time, and at no extra cost. Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone.

Spoke to Stephen on the phone about custom making my engagement ring after issues getting a repair through the high street store it was purchased from. Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end, updates every step of the way. Have sent it back for resizing and fixing and again was updated every step of the way.
